Disk Director 11 removal
I have DD11 installed on my Windows 10 system and wanted to replace it with DD12. Before the istallation it is required to remove the older program. But how? It is not listed in the normal program list under system.... and the program file itself does not contain any deinstallation utility. The cleanup utility does not work because of the wrong operating system. Does the installation of DD12 automaticly remove the older program? Any idea how to procede?

Have not had this problem, so can't say for sure, but mabye one of these will help.
Try downloading the original DD11 installer from your account and running it by right clicking and selecting "run as administrator". If it runs, it may give an option to uninstall or repair like Acronis True Image does. Try uninstalling that way if given the option.
Alternatively, if it does not run, right click on the same installer and select properties. Then click the "compatibility" tab. Set compatibility to Win 7 and save. Then try to run the older version installer with "run as administrator" and see if it then runs and if so, hopefully you get the uninstall option.
If not, try the same compatibilty mode with the DD11 cleanup tool (be advised it will remove all Acronis installed products if it does run.)
***EDIT - don't do this one, it looks like it is only for ATIH... *****If not, try the Acronis 2015/2016 cleanup tool instead (be advised it will remove all Acronis installed products if it does run.)
