Disk Director 12 64 bit does not work from bootable media

When I try to start 64 bit version of disk director from bootable media I get the following messages:
unable to execute program press enter to continue.
unable to load ramdisk press enter to continue.
unable to load kernel press enter to continue.
it then exits back to the main menu.
Anybody have this issue or a fix.

Hello,

If you try to create 64-bit ADD Bootable media using Acronis Universal Restore media builder, then that is a known issue and our development team is working on it.
Please try to create ADD Bootable media using media builder of Disk Director: Open Disk Director -> open "Tools" -> select "Acronis Bootable Media Builder" -> on the "Select bootable components of the Acronis products..." step, choose Disk Director 64 bit only (no any other components should be selected) -> create the bootable media.

Windows 10 OS is not supported yet (as per the documentation), however, Disk Director 12 works under it. Probably, ADD does not work under Windows 10 on a specific environment.
