Disk Director 12 suddenly can't find ANY drives/partitions on my system

Thread needs solution

So, previously my ADD12 installation had been working fine. I hadn't opened it in a few months, but the last time I performed some task with it everything completed successfully. However, now when I open the program it doesn't see ANY volumes on my system (screenshot attached). It gives me the error message:
Visit the Acronis knowledgebase website:
Acronis Knowledge Base: http://kb.acronis.com/errorcode/
Event code: 0x00950009+0x00360192+0x0010047F

But of course, this being Acronis, there is no such event code (or any variation thereof) in the knowledgebase or anywhere else.  As a result, I have NO idea what has gone wrong with the installation, but the program is now useless.  Add it to my half-functional TrueImage and Acronis is 2 for 2. :\

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it; I've tried unregistering & reregistering it; I've run dskchk, etc. Nothing has any effect at all on the ADD12 interface or functionality - it thinks my system has no partitions at all.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any insight, I'm upgrading my drives next week, I'd really like to have use of ADD in the process. Thanks!

Hi Chris,
it looks like problem related to SnapAPI driver.
Did you install Acronis True Image over Acronis Disk Director or vice versa?
Thank you.
