Disk Director 12.5 upgrade serial #

Thread needs solution

Upgraded to Disk Director 12.5.  Received serial # from Acronis, same as V 12.0.  V 12.5 won't accept new SN.  It doesn't reject it, it just sits there.  WUWT?
