Disk Director 12.5 will not install
Disk Director 12.5 will not install. Fresh install, no other versions of Disk Director installed previously.
Windows 10 Pro 64 bit on Dell XPS 13.
After entering licence key, installation folder and user details, then clicking on 'Proceed', I'm greeted with a dialog box claiming that 'Another installation is in progress. You must complete that installation before continuing this one.'
I've tried re-starting the installation process, re-downloading the install package, re-booting the PC and verifying through Windows Task Manager that no other installation process (from Acronis or elsewhere) is running, all to no avail.
In addition, I have the exact same problem trying to install 'Acronis Universal Restore Bootable Media Builder'.
Both of these packages were bundled in with a recent purchase of Acronis True Image 2019 upgrade, which installed and runs quite happily!
Anyone have any clues as to why the two 'bonus' applications refuse to install?
