Disk Director Crashing when ran from CD

I created a recovery CD that worked fine with my old computer system. However, yesterday I upgraded my system to a core i7 4770K with a Gigabyte Z87-HD3 MB and 8 GB (2x4) of Corsair Vengeance Ram. Now when I start Disk Director from the CD, I get a screen full of errors and it crashes. True Image is also on the same CD but works fine. I re-installed Disk Director (Newest version by the way) and it loads fine, but I am scared to use it since the CD version crashes. If it doesn't work outside of Windows then it won't work with system partitions when started from inside Windows.

By the way I am using Windows 8.1. But like I said it worked fine in Windows 8.1 with my old Quad 9400. Any ideas?
