Disk Director Management Console has stopped working

I have recently installed Disk Director v11 Build2121 on my new Dell zino HD.
At launch it crashes and shows the error "Disk Director Management Console has stopped working"
Using the bootable media to try and resize or create a partition doesn't work. It reboots before it finishes loading the GUI.

This requires me to contact support to request the updated bootable media.
How am I meant to do that when the software is more than 30 days old and the "support" period has ended?
