One of my disks is reported by DD as Super Floppy and i can't convert it to a normal MBR or do any meaningful operations through DD.
How do i convert it to a normal MBR?

If the drive doesn't have anything important on it you could try doing a "clean" with DISKPART. This Acronis KB article has details on the procedure.
