Hi,

I have a Raid-6 array with 14TB usable. I expanded the Array to 20TB, but I didn't realize that I had formatted the drive with the default cluster size so I cannot expand beyond 16TB without reformatting.

Will Disk Director Home be able to upgrade the cluster size in place on a partition of that size?

I'd rather not have to buy more drives to backup my existing array. So, I thought the Disk Director might be an option.

That chart isn't current. DD 11 Home was updated some time ago and added back several features that had been removed. The current build does support changing the cluster size. According to this KB article it should support a partition that size, though I've never used it on anything close to what you have. In any case, I wouldn't try doing the change without having a current backup of the array.
