ERROR: Disk not found....press a key to reboot your computer...
A typical scenario-as seen on many links to the same problem that people are suffering from. I tried looking for resolutions to this, but to no avail. I'm running Windows XP sp 2 with an intel Core 2 quad and a ASUS P5Q Deluxe ATX LGA775 P45 DDR2 2PCI-E16 Crossfire with 4 GB's of DDR 2. I have a simple setup; one antivirus, and windows firewall enabled.
I had only tried to disable the firewall and my av program, which did nothing. All I need to do is take space from my d:\ partition and put it into c:\ partition-there isn't enough space, currently-that's why I bought this program; as I will upgrading to windows 7 professional 64 bit, shortly (within a few days.
Please help.
Adrian..

I'll try that, but I would like a a step by step run down on the process-What is TI??? I did create the ISO, though have no software to put it on my dvd/rw..What I did try was booting through acronis, and tried resizing my partition, but it did not work. I'm at a loss.

I meant DD, not TI (TI = True Image).
The ISO you download from your Acronis account is not the same as the one created using the DD (Media Builder) program. The downloaded version may contain the drivers needed. Here is a link to some instructions for burning ISO files. There are quite a few free programs out there that will do the job.
The easiest thing to try at this point is probably the Safe Mode version of DD.
The bootable versions of DD operation in the same way as the Windows version, so you just need to do the same steps. The interface is the same.

Thank you. Hope this helps! I'm not limited in my IQ, but I sure feel that if things were made to work on purchase (and not have to find work arounds), there'd be much less circumstances that require this/these type(s) of actions to perform. NONETHELESS, Thank you!
