Failed to obtain actual information about the disk subsystem

I have been having problems with various Acronis software for a few weeks now and I'm currently unable to resolve a problem with Disk Director 11.

I keep getting an error code 0x00950009+0x00360192+0x00101C04 which states
"Failed to obtain actual information about the disk subsystem"

Here are the error messages appearing in the error details.

Code: 9,764,873(0x950009)
Module: C:\Program Files (x86)\Acronis\DiskDirector\mmsBundle.dll
Message: Failed to create View.

Code: 3,539,346(0x360192)
Message: Fdisk operation has failed.

Code: 1,055,748(0x101C04)
Message: Object 'ID' cannot be found.

Last night I uninstalled Acronis True Image 2012 along with the Plus Pack 2012 as both had some strange problem and I could not launch the software but it seemed to be still running in the background in Task Manager. After multiple uninstalls and reinstalls still no luck and I ended up finding there were new versions out which I installed and since then, both seem to been working fine.

The new versions installed are
ATIH2012_7133_en-US.exe
ATIH2012PP_7133_en-US.exe

But unfortunately I am unable to get Disk Director to function properly.
Latest version installed is ADD11H_2343_en-US.exe.

I've removed and changed some hard drives in the past week, and wondering if somehow this has caused the software to corrupt itself somehow,

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
