Failure of merging two volumes; Now inaccessible to files

Thread needs solution

I had two partitions in my mobile HDD. One is H (30GB), another is G (435.75 GB).
H partition is empty and G partition is full of files.
I used Acronis Disk Direector 11 Home Update 2 on Windows 7 x86 to do the merge.
The targeted partition is G. Then the error occurred.

Now I cannot access file to G partition. How can I recover the G partition?

Here is the log:

Hello Christophe,

thank you for your posting!

Most likely the problem occurred because of errors on the disk. For more information please refer to this article.

If running chkdsk doesn't help, please contact our support team so that we could help you to check if the data on the disk can be accessed.

Thank you.
