Failure to Resize by Disk Director 11

Thread needs solution

While Disk Director 11 has worked for some of its functions in the past, I have been unable to resize my C: partition using unallocated space adjacent to it. The message after Step1 includes:
- Resize failed
- Failed to execute command
- F Disk operation failed - (I belive that after 2002, Fdisk was replaced by "Diskpart"
( Search says: FDisk is absent in Windows XP ( 2007)
- Corrupted file system
- Failed to resize volume
-Corrupted File system
- Index corrupted.

I have restored the system to a day before I defragged it, which restored another program which had a problem.
Have run to clean up the registry and 3rd party errors twice. -> No change.

I do not have a copy of the original download (paid version) to replace the installed program. Where can I get a copy of that version of Acronis-I have already bought two versions.
I need to resize my C: partition.

What is the solution?

You should be able to download DD from your Acronis account.

Did you run chkdsk /f on the partitions in question? There may be file system errors preventing the resize.
