GPT Drive no longer accessable

I have a main 256Gb SSD and a 3TB drive being used as a storage drive, I used Acronis Disk Manager to resize the storage drive so I could use it as 2.5TB and the rest as spare and now after rebooting it I can no longer access anything that was on the drive. Even in Windows 7 64bit disk management that drive is showing up as invalid. Now the BIOS see's that drive as 800mb. Last thing I want is to loose that data. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
