Help!

My desktop system has two caddied hard drives. Every month, after installing the latest Microsoft updates, I make a mirror copy using Disc Director.

I've just upgraded to Disc Director v11 Home. Everthing OK until I actioned the changes and system rebooted..............System freezes on startup!!! I don't get to the acronis screen whereby it shows disk copy process etc like v10 . Cannot get system started to complete imaging. What do I have to do to to get working properly

I've tried to boot normally with one drive (the drive being copied) but this also freezes.

I've tried to boot in safe mode with one drive (the drive being copied) and this OK. Can I use this state to recover ???(If I restartt normally it freezes)

Equally I can start in safe mode with both drives but freezes up again after performing imaging again
