How to disable the Acronis Disk Director processes before windows logon?

Hi,

When trying to partition a external USB drive, I got stuck into an error loop. It says press enter to reboot, but after it reboots it comes to the same error again and again. Now, how to stop this and boot into windows?

Please help!

I have tried all day to log on to windows, even tried windows recovery tools to fix start up no luck. I get the following before windows log on.
