I have 2 hard drives of 500 mg each. How do i make 1 of them a mirrored volume??

I assume you're using DD 11.

Have a partition on one drive and select it. Then select the Add mirror option and then the other drive. Note that the drives will be converted to Dynamic (your version of Windows must support it).
