How do I move spare space from D to C ?

Thread needs solution

On my laptop, the C partition (Primary MBR) is full up with programs, whilst the D partition (Logical MBR) has plenty of available space, which I'd like to add to C, so that I can install another program. Both use NTFS.

Try as I may, I simply cannot move spare space from D to C........any advice, please?

Are C: and D: on the same physical drive?

Can you post a screenshot of what DD shows for the drive?

Normally, you would resize D: smaller and then resize C: larger (assuming the partitions are next to each other). Note that it's recommended to create a backup of the drive before making partitioning changes in case anything goes wrong.
