How do I partition it using Acronis Disk Director Version 10 Build 2160 using the Acronis Bootable CD?

I want to have 10 GB of unallocated space

NOT from disk management

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide me

Normally, you would just connect the USB drive, boot to DD from the CD, select the drive or unallocated space on the drive, and create the partition the size you need.

Have you tried it and run into problems?

Yes, I had a problem , When I was creating the partition a dialog displayed "synchronizing with Operating System"
and never finished the task, the bootable cd freeze and I had to force reboot now I am worried if I my Portable Hard Disk Drive ADATA Superior Series SH93 is damaged for this force reboot

Do you know why the task stopped?, why "synchronizing with Operating System"? If it is a portable HDD, my new ADATA Superior Series SH93 could be damaged for the force reboot?

I have do this task with External Hard Drives w/NTFS format without any problem, but ADATA Superior Series SH93 is a FAT32

It shouldn't cause a problem to force reboot in that scenario. You may just need to fix the drive letter assignment if it's not what you want once you get into Windows. You could run a chkdsk /f on the new partition just to make sure there are no file system errors.
