How do I unlock/restore Windows, Program files, User folder when boot windows 7 on different partition?

Thread needs solution

After activating OS Selector and trying to boot up, Windows would not start and keep asking for
recovery disc or windows install cd.

I tried using my Windows 7 to repair the problem, it woud not work and just gave me 0X000......??? message at boot time.

Sice I had empty partition on my drive, I decided to install windows 7 again but on the new drive.
Install went fine and I could start using Windows again.

Now I can see all folders in the other "corrupted" partition ( D:/ )

I could save files from all folders except:
d:/Windows/
d:/Program Files/
d:/Program files (x86)/
d:/user/
d:/ some other system folder that I dont remember at this moment :)"
These files are locked and show "0" in size.

In OS Selector there are options and properties that shows these folders and have the option to
add folders, remove folders,....

I need to access my Personal files on Windows Desktop and under my own login document directory.

My question is, How can unlock these folder so I can access the content and save my files?
Has Acronis OS Selector deleted the content of above mentioned folders, hence the 0 size?

Your input and solutions are highly appreciated.
Thanks

The option to protect files was probably enabled. Personally, I think that option causes more problems than it solves.

OSS can get screwed up and then it won't move the files back to their original locations. Look in the hidden BOOTWIZ folder on D:\ and dig down through the folders. The "moved" folders should be there if OSS protected them.
