How to restore DD 10 build 2160?
I made the mistake of updating Disk Director Suite 10 from build 2160 to build 2239. Now I read that it doesn't support Windows 7!!! I also have a new machine which came with Vista installed but with a free upgrade to Windows 7. I bought and installed DD 10 for the brand new machine never suspecting my purchase would be useless right away.
How can I restore DD 10 build 2160? I can't find anything on the Acronis site that explains how.
I have been using DD 10 on XP and Vista machines, including dual boot, (Ubuntu), systems, with no problems for years. But unless there is a free upgrade to DD 11, this may be my last contact with Acronis.
Thanks for any help you can give me.

Hello all,
In spite of the fact that Acronis Disk Director Suite 10.0 doesn't support Windows 7 officially, a certain amount of our customers wants to install the program onto this operating system.
If you need the previous build of Acronis Disk Director Suite 10.0 (#2160), we can provide you with the link via Private Messages. Please make sure that the license is registered under your account (you can learn more on how to register the serial number here) and submit a request via Private messages to any Acronis moderator.
Vivian,
Every case of providing a free upgrade or a discount should be reviewed personally. Please submit a request to Acronis Customer Service Department after the new version release. You can create an e-mail request or contact Live chat service available on this page, under Contact us click on the Start here button and follow the step-by-step guide. The respective person will examine the request and provide you with the possible assistance.
Thank you.

I too am having a nightmare of a time using the 2239 version of DD10 (I did not know that it was not compatible with Win7).
I love the software, and am considering buying True Image 2010 but again...I am disappointed in the lack of Win7 support. It worries me that I will have to purchase DD11 to get support...IF and WHEN it comes out. This may also be my last experience with Acronis.

Yeah... Meanwhile I feel ripped off by Acronis. Buying A useless product that won't work on Win 7 64bit.
