HP ENVY 15 used ADD to clone HDD to SSD

I used the ADD to clone the 500M HDD to the OCZ 200M SSD
There have 4 patition on the HDD，system，window7，recovery，HP tools.
I connect the SSD from the eSATA connection
But it fail to from the 1st step
It show the error message of
Fail to excute the command in the environment
Fdisk operation has fail
Corrupted file system
Fail to copy the dist group

Who could help？

Hello Patrick,

Welcome to our Forum, it's nice to have you with us.  I understand your concern, and will be glad to assist you.

It looks like the source disk contains eitehr bad blocks or errors in the file system. This can be fixed by following the below steps: 

  1. Go to Start -> Run -> cmd
    This will get you to the command prompt.
  2. In the command prompt please issue the following command: 
    chkdsk /f /r
  3. Reboot the machine

Upon booting Windows will perform full disk check, and will fix the problems if any detected.

Should the problem remain, please gather Acronis Report and Acronis Info from the problem machine, open a support request and let us know its number .

This information may shed the light onto the situation.
