I bought Acronis Disk Director 12.5 * No fun * Looking for support please

Thread needs solution

Hello *.*

1) I tried to open a ticket but your website does not work. I had to put in my product registration key it seems to open a ticket. I put the registration key in and the website tells me, the product key is already registered. I can not open the ticket then. I assume, in this way you dont have much tickets from your customers :)

2) The inital problem, tested on Win10 and Win11.

-A Seagate harddisk, 4 TB in size. Did write raid volume to disk by accident. Disk is not readable anymore, I can not see any data or folders anymore, drive letter gone

- I downloaded Disk Director 12.5 and installed the demo. It could find all my volumes and entire disk again, I could see all my folders again. But I can not recover anyhting cause I have a demo Acronis Disk Creator.

- Well, I thought cool product. It can see my files and hopefully repair my disk again. I bought the full license on your website.

- I go back to my Acronis Disk Director, I put my registration key in and all switches to a full version. Even cooler.

- I go back to my disk and try an new "Acronis Recovery Expert" Task. I discover my disk once more and let me choose to fix it, what I did.

- The Recovery Expert splits now my disk in a 1,6 TB disk, leaves the other 2 TB "not assigned".The volume discovered got a drive letter, the disk is completely wiped and empty.

- I did run a file discovery. Nothing was found

- I did a discovery on the second unassigned disk. The scan took.... 4 hours? 5 hours?  Nothing was found

So I basicaly payed that Acronis Recovery Expert wiped my disk?

How can I get back to my previous discovered volumes?

Thank you so much for ideas.
