Installation interrrupted solved.

I have an open ticket for the common problem of 'installation interrupted' but, despite doing what Acronis told me, that did not solve the problem.

I found a reference to the folder C:\Program Data\Acronis\Disk Director.

I used Revo Uninstaller to remove what there was of DD11 but the above folder was left. I deleted it manually and then DD12 installed with no problems.

I hope this may help someone with a similar problem.
