I am running Windows 7 Professional 64-bits and have just purchased a full copy of DD 2012.

There was a previous version of Disk Director which I uninstalled using the Acronis atih_cleanup__toolse.zip.

Each time I attempt to install Disk Director 2011 Home it goes part way and then gives this error message:

"The installation was interrupted before Acronis Disk Director 11 Home could be installed"

Please help me resolve this.
