I want to know if there are issues for using arconis with cloned hdd, specially for adding boot-able os partitions?

If you're already using the cloned drive as your main drive (you upgraded or replaced the old one, for example) and the original is no longer connected to the computer, it should be fine.

However, if you're asking if you can clone a drive and then use both the original and the cloned drive in the computer at the same time as a dual/multi-boot setup, it can be done, but it's not super easy and it may not work at all (depends on the operating systems).
