installing multiple OS on a new HDD from TI backups

I have XP Pro, Vista 32 and W7 64, now installed on three separate machines. I wish to combine them via Multiple Boot on a new HDD (preferably a USB SATA). I would like to know if I can create the new sector for each OS from a current True Image(TI) backup of each system which includes the OS boot sector and all installed apps and related files.
