My disc went bad on the computer. I lost all my programs including Disc director 11 that I purchased last year. The key that I have for the program is not working. I think that the key I have is faulty. Can I retrieve the key or I lost it all? I do not have internet on this particular computer. Is that the reason my key would not work? Is the key trying to communicate with the vendor is not succeedng?
