Hi i ve just installed Acronis Disk Director 11 Home on an ACER 5920g laptop with Window 7 Professional 64 bit installed
I can not install Acronis OS selector from the menu it stops responding . Also I can not uninstall DD 11 same problem stops responding . Is there an issue with this setup it says on th box it is compatible with all Windows 7 versions.
Any help would be appreciated

Do you know if any errors are being reported?

Do you have any other Acronis software installed on the computer? If so, what?
