As the title says, when I attempted to install DDS 11 on W7, it popped an error, saying that it was not designed for that OS. Obviously it is, so how do I get past the error to install the program?

Somehow, it got past that problem on another attempt, but ran into another one. After entering the serial number, the next window asked for another serial number for the "older version". DDS has never been installed on that computer, so what number do I put into it?

The upgrade version asks for the old DD serial number. You would need to enter the DD 10 serial number (assuming DD 10 was your old version).

Hmm, maybe it was the upgrade version, I never thought about that. Neither the data on the website, nor on the download said anything about whether it was upgrade or not. Regardless, you answered my question. Thanks.
