I just rebuilt my ssyem and reinstalled everything (including Disk Director Suite 10). The problem is that I can't for the life of me figure out how to reactivate the program. No where in the install did it ask me for the serial number and I can't figuire out how to enter it after the install. It's maddening to have paid for the full version yet get only the trial version. The CD I ordered is not here yet. Does that solve the problem (if and when it gets here)? HELP!!!

As far as I know, you can't enter the serial number for DD after it's installed. It should ask during the installation if you use the standard installer.

If you have the serial number, you should be able to download the standard version from your Acronis account.
