I got into a problem with corrupted partition table. There is no way to repair corrupted partition using Disk Director. Recovery Expert is looking for the deleted partition (unallocated space).
Thinking that I have nothing to lose I used DD to delete volume. Now DD is showing unallocated space but Recovery Expert is showing that partition still exists! See attached images.
Go figure. Have to use some other software to do a job that DD should do.

OR... maybe I am missing something?

I just finished a chat with an agent that instructed me that I should pay for tech support and abruptly terminated chat. I am very disappointed. I wish Acronis tech support staff was more courteous.
Why should I pay? I bought software that should work and I should not pay because of the bug. This is not a case that I do not know how to use the software this is a case that application does is not working as it should!
