Remplacement lettre de clé USB impossible

je ne vous cache pas que j'en ai vraiment plus qu'assez !!!, d'autant que c'est souvent un problème pour obtenir une réponse aux questions posées, dans ces conditions, comment voulez vous que nous achetions encore vos produits !!!!!!.
J'ai envoyé le message ci dessous le 03/04 dernier vers le forum "Acronis Disk Director, et pas de réponse, je sais que vous êtes presque tous des bénévoles, mais pas de réponse du tout, ça n'est quand même pas normal !!, je l'ai envoyé sur le forum "A.T.I 2014, j'ai eu une réponse de PAT L, qui foit de son mieux, mais il ne connait pas "Acronis Disk Director", je ne peux donc pas lui en vouloir, mais lui, au moins il m'a répondu. S'il s'agît d'un Bug de d'A.D.Director, je vous demande de m'envoyer un lien afin que je puisse changer de version, s.v.p.
J'ai ajouté des captures d'écrans, c'est souvent utile.
Je suis sur Windows 8.1 pro 64bits (mis à jour avec Update 1) et sur Windows 7 Édition Familiale Premium 64-bit SP1 , c'a fait pareil sur les deux.
Voici mon problème ::
Je raccorde une clé USB en FAT32, j'ouvre Acronis Disk Director11 Home Update 2, et je ne peux pas changer la lettre de la clé, et ce quel que soit le modèle de clé, j'en ai essayé plusieurs, par contre, quand je raccorde un vrai disque dur externe, c'est bon, pour le disque principal interne et le secondaire interne, c'est bon aussi, l'indication "Changer la lettre" est présente dans "Opérations", d'"Action et Outils", .
"Changer de lettre" est absent uniquement dans le cas d'un branchement de clé USB FAT32.
A titre d'info, j'ai AOMEI Partition Assistant, et là, je n'ai pas ce problème !!, avec le gestionnaire de disque Windows non plus.
Pour tous les autres disques durs internes et externes, l'indication "Modifier la lettre" apparaît dans la colonne Opérations (captures jointes), sauf pour la n°3 qui est une clé USB.
1 et 2 =Disques internes, 3= clé usb, 4 Disque dur externe, si vous avez la raison à cela et surtout la solution, je compte sur vous. Bonne journée et encore merci, à bientôt. Le Cervier.
