Restore Partitioned 3 Tb drive to single partition.

During install of a new 3Tb drive, I mistakenly created it as 2Tb MBR and 746.5 Gb MBR drives. I now wish to restore said physical drive to single 3 Gb GPT drive and am at loss at how to do this.
My OS is win7-64, SP1. This is not the boot drive but storage drive, computer runs normally. In screenie, drives 5 & 7 are the single original drive.

A 3TB drive normally needs to be GPT to see all the space as one drive. Can you convert it?

If you're running something like ASUS Disk Unlocker that will make two disks out of one large one.
