Starting Acronis Loader freezes up!!!

Hello all,

I would like to edit partitions my computer, so I searched the program for making.
Somebody siad "Acronis Disk Director Home" is the good one, then I downloaded it for testing and using.

My PC has rebooted and while the Acronis Loader is starting up. But Starting Acronis Loader freezes up.

Computer hangs on screen:
Starting Acronis Loader...

and nothing else happens. It stops right there.
I tried to fix this Problem, and i found some answer (from this forum): I need "Bootable Media for Acronis Disk Director Home".

So I registed to web for download it, but i must have "Products Registration"!!
But I don't have it!!! Because I use Acronis Disk Director Home of "free to try" version.

Who could help me please???

I should buy the program for this problem?
I think no, am not impress this program. Because i tried to test and contact support. It still have much complications.

I only want to fix this problem and uninstall the program.

Any help appreciated

Restoring the MBR should let the computer boot normally.

Do you have a standard Microsoft Windows installation CD/DVD?

What version of Windows are you using?

If you use an imaging program (like TI), you could also restore the MBR from a backup.

Hell MudCrab,
I let the computer boot normally. But it cannot boot because of Acronis. (that i show as the picture)

I have tried to boot from a standard MS. installation CD, but it's not work.
I use Windows XP.

What should I do?

DD/OSS can't stop the computer from booting a CD. Check the BIOS and make sure the CD/DVD drive is set to boot before the hard drive. Or, if the computer has a BIOS Boot Menu option, use that and select the CD/DVD drive.
