Try&Decide (ATI2011H) + OS Selector (ADD11) don't work simultaniusly - Result: fatal system error

Thread needs solution

Hi everyone,
may be you can help me.

My Machine:
HDD 1 - XP sp3 (1000MB)
HDD 2 - XP sp3 (300MB)

using: OS-Selector (DiscDirector11), Try&Decide (TrueImageHome2011)

The problem:

When I start T&D-mode every works fine until the moment I decide to stop T&D-mode.

When I choose to discard changes after reboot,

- the T&D-mainwindow after reboot showed that T&D is OFF (the buttons are grayed) but unable to turn ON,

- the Icon in SystemTray (shows a red "forbdden"sign) and gives 3 Options (keep changes, discard,...) but every option ends in an message "Action not possibel" or so,

So T&D is still working (in the mainwindow the counter of the used memory counts and simultaniously the button ins off and not possible to turn on).

I already tried it twice (after setting up a new image of C:) but the same procedure....

Maybe ist is a known problem, but searching the forums I did not find the same problem. »» A endless loop.

After forced reinstall the machine ends in an "MBR error 3", and I could not reach any disc to boot.

It took me half an day to come back to work and deleted one day work of files.

Now I do not trust the combination of T&D and OSselector.

What have I done wrong? Or is the programming of the software not finished and I was (we are) the testpersons?

Hi again,

I have tried out more and found out, that the problem depending on using OS-selector together with T&D (try+decide) is a issue not only for me.

My conclusion is: t&d work not simultaneously with os-selector!

edit: It looks like there are also problems with DD11«»Backup&Recovery (see here: http://kb.acronis.com/content/19298) The problems there: you can't use DD when Backup&Recovery is running. The issue is from 02/2011 and it seems not solved until now 10/2012.
