Hi All

I installed a trial version of Disk Director 10 (ver. 10.2.0.2117) but it never ran. I get an error saying that it is not compatible with windows 7, which i obviously never realised at the time. I now want to simpy uninstall the application but when i do windows fails to load on the next re-boot and requires a system repair.

I have tried to download the clean up utility but the link loads a page saying i do not have access to the download.

Any help would be much appreciated.

See this post for manual uninstall instructions. All of it won't apply to you, but you can see the keys and files to change.

The reason Windows won't start after uninstalling is because the snapman driver isn't getting properly removed.

I have tried the steps in the suggested ppost but the Windows Installer Clean Utility is no longer availabel. I have tried going through the steps without running MSICUU2.exe but on re-boot i still get a BSOD. Any other suggestions?
