Updated DD 11 to build 2343 and TI Home 11 build 6942 Try & Decide no longer runs

I updated (delete and install) DD 11 to build 2343 and TI Home 11 build 6942 Try & Decide no longer runs. How do I recover TI 11 Try and Decide so both DD 11 and TI 11 run properly?

So much for lifecycle...

After you install ADD 2121 and then TI Home 6942, UpperFilters in HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E967-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} looks like this :

tdrpman273
PartMgr
snapman
tdrpman273

After ADD is uninstalled and ADD 2343 is installed, they are:
tdrpman273
PartMgr
tdrpman273
fltsrv

, and T&D indeed doesn't work.

I moved tdrpman273 to the back of the list
tdrpman273
PartMgr
fltsrv
tdrpman273

, and it works again, but would I recommend it to anyone? Probably not.

ps - if you install TI 6942 first and ADD 2343 then, they are like
tdrpman273
PartMgr
fltsrv
snapman
tdrpman273

And in this case T&D works too.
