Version 11 not seeing any disk.
Thread needs solution
Just downloaded Acronis Disk Director 11 Home to try but cannot even get started. When the program is run, it returns this error message.

Code: 11,337,747(0xAD0013)
Message: Error: Component not found.

The machine is an HP e9237, Windows 7 Home Premium with Seagate 1TB internal drive, Seagate 1TB USB drive and a Sandisk 16GB flash drive, none of which show up in Acronis.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Unfortunately, I have placed an order for this software from a vender. Should have waited until I tried the trial version.
