Why did the partition move "fail" when it did not?
I tried to move a partition from one HDD to another HDD, and the operation seems to have succeeded. Except I received this error and no drive letter was set for the new partition on the other HDD.
Here is the error information.
Failed to perform the requested operation.

More exactly... what does "failed to perform the requested operation" and "failed to execute the command in the environment" mean? And what "fdisk operation has failed"? Could you be any more cryptic please?...
