WIN PE Media does not contain what is expected

Thread needs solution

I have DD11 installed and decide to try building the WIN PE environment. When I do this the program tells me I have DD11, TI2010 in the build. When I burn the ISO to CD and run it all I can access is DD11. How does one gain access to the TI 2010 that it says is included?

See attached screen shot for the build info.

Hello RayG,

Thank you very much for reporting the issue.

I've forwarded your request to the QA Department for a further investigation. I'll let you know if there will be any new information available.

Thank you.

I'm seeing the same problem using Media Builder. If it makes any difference, I'm using "Use WinPE files located in the folder I specify."

I think I read somewhere else here that using the "Create.....automatically" option worked. But I need to create a custom version with other applications in addition to Acronis tools.

Well, I guess I was mistaken. I chose the Automatic option and it created a working ISO, but NO TIH2010 as advertised.

Hello rkh and RayG!

Thank you for your comments and cooperation, we really appreciate it.

I'm glad to inform you that our Testers team managed to reproduce the issue and even find a cause: the Acronis True Image Home components weren't included to the CD due to difference of ADD and ATIH media builders.

Currently our Development team are working on the fix for this issue. As soon as we have any news about it - we'll immediately update you with it.

Thank you once again for your understanding and patience, it's really important for us.

Should you need anything else or have any further questions - feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience, we will be happy to help you!

Thank you!
