ADM launch fails twice in Win 10 Prof (msvcr80.dll missing error) before running OK

Hi,

Has anyone else had this problem?  Comes up with the error twice then runs OK.  Have tried uninstalling/reinstalling ADM but still get the same error.  I didn't have a problem in Win 7 Prof before upgrading to Win 10.
