Thread needs solution
Got this error multiple times about an hour ago:
The transaction resource manager on volume \Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy3 encountered an error during recovery. The resource manager will continue recovery.
At that moment I was extracting DVD files from one hard drive to another. I repeated it a few minutes later but didn't get anymore errors. Drive monitor shows disks are all OK, SMART data all OK. Scan disks with Windows and no errors
In the event log, a minute before the error there is an entry
Volume ?? (\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy3) is healthy. No action is needed.
