WD SmartWare/Data Lifeguard Diagnostic incompatible with Drive Monitor

Thread needs solution

when i have Dirve Monitor installed, my WD SmartWare/Data lifeguard diagnostics fail, seems to be a incompatible between the two, is it possible to get drive monitor to suspend checking when wd data lifeguard/smartware is running?

As it stands at the moment, ADM is either installed and working or not installed. The only workaround for you would be to untick it from the autostart up in config.sys and then either manually start it from the desk top icon. or if possible have it start after the WD utility has finished.

It might be possible to set up a Windows Task which starts the WD utility and then starts ADM after it has finished.

I'm assuming the WD program runs at boot up or log on?
