Hello all. My drive monitor has been working fine till yesterday when the update was installed now it see no drives but my true image sees all drives? I"ve uninstalled the drive monitor and reinstalled with no help any ideas? Thanks for the help

We would also highly appreciate if you could kindly provide us with the following diagnostic data: 

  1. Screenshot of the Drive Monitor not detecting hard drives
  2. Screenshot of the Disk Management
  3. Acronis Info from the problem machine
  4. Configuration files and logs from C:\ProgramData\Acronis\DriveMonitor\

This information will help us to localize the issue.

Mine reboots after locking partion C, this also has just occured after Service Pak 1, running Win 7 64bit.
