Is this product (Files Connect) dead? Any decent support?

Thread needs solution

I have this (Files Connect) as a legacy product and trying to work out how to potentially enabling clustering.

Support people unable to use telephones, and no online chat. Only email support.

Is this product dead?

Any decent support?

A telephone number that can be called?
