Acronis for Exchange - problems restoring contacts

Thread needs solution

I've build 239 installed..

I can restore emails, and email folders..

However. when I want to restore a folder with contacts something is beiing restored
but not the complete contacts. In the folder empty items are visible which are the contacts,
but not what is backuped.

This is realy a big problem since I have to restore a contact folder from the public folder
and I cannot restore it like it's backuped.

but a double backup (mailbox and information store) is not really an option
because of the backup size. And it should work. When I backup with NT backup I
can restore both too without any problems.

Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience. This is more of a Microsoft Exchange Server issue, we are working to improve our software to get around this, but at the moment the only solution is the workaround which you correctly pointed out by this article from our Knowledge Base.
