Acronis Recovery for Exchange Tasks not run

Thread needs solution

Hi,

since few days the Tasks for Mailbox Brick-Level Backup will not work.
Only a error Message (0x410037) appears in the Event-Log and all other Task (also the normal Acronis Echo Server tasks) on the machine change to the status "waiting".
I have deleted and new created the Backup-Task, i have re-installed Recovery for Exchange, i have changed the start time of the jobs but nothing helps...
Anny ideas?

Unfortinately due to the lack of diagnostic information it is hard to identify the exact cause of the issue, so I would appreciate if you could do the following: 

  1. Obtain Acronis Info from the machine in question
  2. Obtain Acronis Recovery For Exchange Logs

After that please contact support directly with the information attached and let us know the case number, so that we could make sure it handled in a proper way.
