Acronis Recovery for Ms Exchange (Error 9633798

Thread needs solution

I have this problem "Error code 9633798:exchange mailbox role does not exist or disabled"

Soft:
Acronis Recovery for Ms Exchange ver. 1.0 build 116
Windows 2003 SP1, Exchange Server 2003 SP2
Use login to run console, have domain admin permission on this domain
What is possible problem?

According to the information and the screenshot you have kindly attached, there can be several reasons and solutions for the issue, so I would like to advise you to take a look at this article and try the offered workarounds - this should help us in resolving it.

Also please kindly note that the build you are using is an outdated one, so I would like to ask you update the product: you can do it by going here in your account and downloading the latest build (220) as shown on the screenshot.

I have the same problem :
My Scenario:
My Version installed Acronis Recovery for Exchange 1.0 build 220
I have installed Windows 2008 Server R2
I have Exchange Server 2010 Version 14.0 (Build 639.21)
I provide a credential in a Correct form
I installed Microsoft Messaging API and Collaboration Data Objects 1.2.1 ( But in english versión , exist it in spanish versión ? )
My account is in all this group :

Administrators group
Domain Admins group
Domain Users group
Enterprise Admins group
Exchange Domain Servers
Exchange Enterprise Servers

Howover, the problem persist.

Could you help me to resolve it ?

Thank you for your post and welcome to our forum. I will definitely assist you with this issue.

I am sorry for the inconvenience, this issue occurs because currently Acronis Recovery for MS Exchange does not support Exchange Server 2010. As for the MAPI in Spanish, the Spanish Microsoft KB article links to the English version download, that is why I assume the download is universal.
