A.R. for MS SQL Server M. Console cannot connect to Acronis Agent

Thread needs solution

Hello,
I have a problem to unable connect to Acronis Agent. I had tried the following method:

But I have still unable connect to Acronis Agent and the message shows as "Processing, please wait..." and nothing happen at all.

Please advise. Thanks.
